These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and iw8 ("iw8", "the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://iw8.cam ("the Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

Malaysian users access and use the Platform at their own discretion and are solely responsible for understanding their obligations under applicable local laws.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

To register and maintain an active account on iw8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. iw8 strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age as part of the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to persons under the age of 21 will be immediately closed and any funds held may be withheld pending investigation.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited. Malaysian users acknowledge their responsibility to comply with local laws.
• Single account: Each individual may hold only one active account. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited.
• Self-exclusion: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on iw8 or any affiliated platform at the time of registration.
• Not a politically exposed person (PEP): iw8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on accounts identified as belonging to politically exposed persons in accordance with international AML standards.

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update this information if it changes.

iw8 operates a mandatory KYC verification process in compliance with its licensing obligations and applicable anti-money laundering (AML) frameworks. The following documents are typically required:

• Government-issued photo ID: Malaysian MyKad (NRIC), Driver's License, or valid Passport — front and back copies required.
• Proof of address: A utility bill, bank statement, or tenancy agreement dated within the preceding three months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie with ID: A photograph of yourself holding your primary ID document alongside a handwritten note containing your full name and the current date.
• Payment method verification: A screenshot or photo of your payment instrument (e-wallet screen, bank account summary) showing your name — required where the payment method cannot be automatically matched to your account.

Your use of the iw8 Platform is governed by the following general terms. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account.

• Personal use only: Your account is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not allow any other person to use your account, credentials, or payment methods.
• Accurate information: All information provided to iw8 must be truthful and accurate. You must notify us immediately of any changes to your personal details.
• Device and access: You are responsible for ensuring your device, browser, and internet connection are secure. iw8 is not responsible for losses arising from insecure network conditions on your end.
• Currency: All transactions on iw8 for Malaysian users are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction confirmation.
• Platform availability: iw8 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may temporarily affect access.
• Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that results in an erroneous payout, iw8 reserves the right to void affected bets and recover incorrectly credited funds.

iw8 supports the following deposit methods for Malaysian players: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow QR, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). Supported methods are subject to change without prior notice; the current list is always displayed on the deposit page.

• Minimum deposit: RM30 for most e-wallet and bank transfer methods. Minimum deposit for USDT TRC20 is USDT 20. Specific minimums are displayed at the point of transaction.
• Deposit fees: iw8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits via local e-wallets or FPX bank transfers. Network fees for cryptocurrency deposits are the responsibility of the depositing user.
• Funding source: All funds deposited must originate from a payment instrument registered in your own name. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
• Credit source: Funds deposited via credit facilities (credit cards, overdraft accounts) may be declined at iw8's discretion as part of responsible gambling obligations.
• Processing time: E-wallet deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits via FPX are typically credited within 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits are credited following the required number of blockchain confirmations.

iw8 is committed to processing withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts as promptly as possible. The following conditions and processing timelines apply:

• KYC prerequisite: A complete and approved KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts with pending or failed KYC verification may not withdraw funds.
• Withdrawal to registered method: Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by iw8 compliance. This policy is maintained to prevent fraud and money laundering.
• Processing times: E-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) — typically under 5 minutes for verified accounts. DuitNow / FPX bank transfers — typically 5–15 minutes. Direct bank wire — typically 15–60 minutes. Processing times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or where additional review is required.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 for most methods unless otherwise stated at the point of withdrawal.
• Withdrawal fees: iw8 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard e-wallet and bank transfer withdrawals. Cryptocurrency withdrawal fees reflect prevailing network costs and will be disclosed before confirmation.
• Bonus balance: Bonus wallet funds must meet applicable wagering requirements before being eligible for withdrawal. Real-money balances unrelated to active bonuses may be withdrawn at any time subject to KYC completion.

iw8 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific terms of that promotion as well as these general Terms.

• Welcome bonus: Available to new players on their first qualifying deposit. Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus on one occasion only. Specific welcome bonus options and their respective wagering requirements are detailed on the iw8 promotions page.
• Wagering requirements: Wagering requirements (also referred to as rollover or turnover requirements) specify the total bet amount that must be achieved before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. For example, a 35x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus means MYR 3,500 in qualifying wagers must be placed before withdrawal of related winnings.
• Game contribution: Different game types may contribute at different rates towards wagering requirements. Sports betting, live casino, slots, and table games may each have distinct contribution percentages. These are specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses expire within a specified period from the date of credit unless otherwise stated. Expired bonus funds and any associated wagering progress will be forfeited without compensation.
• Abuse prevention: iw8 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: matched betting using promotional funds, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, deliberate low-risk wagering patterns designed to exploit bonus terms. Detection of such conduct may result in forfeiture of bonus funds, withholding of winnings, and account closure.
• Promotional changes: iw8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the iw8 Platform. Specific rules applicable to individual sports, markets, and casino game variants are published within the relevant section of the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• Market availability: iw8 offers sports betting markets on events including but not limited to: EPL, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and other international competitions. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including: event cancellation, abandonment or postponement beyond 24 hours, technical errors, obvious pricing errors, or breach of these Terms by the User.
• In-play betting: Bets placed in-play are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of acceptance. iw8 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Mix Parlay: Parlay and accumulator bets are subject to specific combination rules. A single void leg in a parlay may reduce the parlay to the remaining legs at adjusted odds, depending on the applicable product rules.
• Palpable errors: iw8 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly erroneous due to a technical, typographical, or human error, commonly referred to as "palpable errors" or "palps".
• Casino games: All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games) use certified random number generation technology. Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the relevant game variant as displayed at the table.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the iw8 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to appropriate authorities where applicable.

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to place bets or access the Platform in a manner not permitted for human users.
• Exploiting software bugs, system errors, or pricing anomalies for financial gain.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, identity theft, or any other criminal activity through the Platform.
• Registering more than one account, including through the use of different personal details, email addresses, devices, or IP addresses.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the account of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment reversals without prior consent from iw8.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable law without appropriate authorisation.

All content on the iw8 Platform — including but not limited to the iw8 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of iw8 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Platform software; or use the iw8 brand or trademarks without prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iw8 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable to you for any of the following:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including odds, statistics, or game results.
• Service interruptions, technical failures, or Platform downtime, including during live events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to take reasonable security precautions.
• Changes to applicable laws or regulations that affect the legality of your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, iw8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

iw8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of a withdrawal request.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, suspected money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the User without prior engagement with iw8 support.
• Requests from competent legal authorities or regulatory bodies.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requests by the User or third-party responsible gambling interventions.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, iw8 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Real-money balances (excluding bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method following conclusion of the investigation, where no wrongdoing is established.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting iw8 customer support. Any real-money balance will be refunded to the registered payment method following KYC confirmation, typically within five business days.

iw8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable individuals from harm. The Platform provides the following player protection tools, all of which are accessible via your account settings or through our support team:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Define a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Once reached, betting is automatically suspended for the duration.
• Session time reminders: Configurable pop-up notifications alerting you to elapsed session time.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. Cannot be reversed before expiry.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or extended exclusion from the Platform. Contact iw8 support to activate. Self-exclusion is binding and cannot be reversed for the minimum period selected.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which iw8 holds its operating license, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through iw8's internal dispute resolution process by contacting customer support at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, either party may seek resolution through the dispute resolution mechanisms available under iw8's licensing authority.

Malaysian users acknowledge that iw8 does not operate under Malaysian jurisdiction and that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction of iw8's licensing authority, not in Malaysia.

iw8 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, iw8 will provide reasonable notice by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, by notifying registered users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and close your account by contacting customer support.
